In Vev, an account is your central hub for organizing and managing all aspects of your work. It serves as the foundation where you set up and access hosting, manage team members, configure integrations, and oversee projects. These resources and tools are available to all members of the account, enabling efficient collaboration and streamlined project management.

The features and access you have within the account are determined by the specific account plan you've subscribed to. For more information on the different account plans, visit our pricing page.

Creating an Account

When you sign up for Vev, you'll automatically create your first account. This initial account is set up under the Starter plan, which is free. As your needs evolve, you can upgrade to a paid Account Plan to unlock additional features.

Currently, each user profile can only create one account. However, you can be invited to collaborate on multiple accounts created by others. If you need to set up additional accounts, please contact Vev support for assistance.

Joining an Existing Account

If you've already created an account, you can still join other accounts through invitations. This allows you to collaborate on multiple projects across different accounts.

To view all the accounts you have access to, simply click your company avatar in the left sidebar of the dashboard.

For Agencies or Freelancers

If you're managing work for multiple clients, using separate accounts for each client is a practical way to keep your projects organized. This approach allows you to maintain clear boundaries between different clients, manage team members and permissions on a per-client basis, and ensure that each project's resources are appropriately managed and secure.
