Managing Project Plans

Project Plans allow you to publish and export your Vev projects to multiple destinations without displaying the Vev watermark. This guide covers how to purchase, manage, and transfer Project Plans.

🚨 Important Note About Project Plans

  • Available only on Solo and Professional legacy plans

  • Not applicable to new team-based plans (Basic, Growth, Scale, Enterprise)

If you are on a new team-based plan, you do not need Project Plans.

Organization (Enterprise) plans may have custom or bulk Project Plan arrangements based on their contract.

Purchasing Project Plans (Legacy Plans Only)

Requirements and Pricing

Project Plans are available only for customers on Solo or Professional plans.

  • Cost: $7 per month per published project

  • Included: All paid legacy plans include 1 free Project Plan

Legacy Plan Limits

Solo Plan

  • 1 free Project Plan

  • Can purchase up to 2 additional

  • Maximum: 3 Project Plans

Professional Plan

  • 1 free Project Plan

  • Can purchase up to 9 additional

  • Maximum: 10 Project Plans

Legacy Organization Plans (Old Enterprise Tier)

  • Includes 1 free Project Plan

  • Can purchase additional Project Plans with no hard limit

  • Bulk packages available depending on contract

Note: All new plans launched in December 2025 include unlimited publishing with no watermark, so Project Plans are not used.

How to Add a Project Plan

From the Design Editor

  1. Click Publish

  2. At the bottom of the Publish menu, select Add/buy project plan

  3. The Vev watermark will be removed immediately

  4. No need to republish the project

Note: If you haven’t previously saved payment details, you’ll be redirected to the checkout page where you can insert payment and billing details.

From Account Settings

  1. From the dashboard, click your company avatar in the top-left sidebar

  2. Hover over your account name and click the settings icon (⚙️)

  3. In the side menu, click Published projects

  4. Find the project needing a Project Plan and click Add/Buy Project Plan

  5. Confirm your selection in the pop-up modal

  6. The Vev watermark will be automatically removed

Removing a Project Plan

Steps to Remove a Plan

  1. Access Account Settings by clicking your company avatar

  2. Hover over your account name and click the settings icon (⚙️)

  3. Select Published projects from the side menu

  4. Locate the project where you want to remove the Plan

  5. Hover over the "Project plan added" tag and click the trash icon

  6. Confirm removal in the pop-up modal

Transferring Project Plans

When you delete a project linked to a Project Plan, you can transfer that Plan to another project.

Transfer Process from Dashboard

  1. Click the overflow icon (⋯) on the project thumbnail you want to delete

  2. Select Delete from the dropdown and confirm

  3. When prompted, click Yes, transfer to another project

  4. Select the destination project by clicking it or searching by name

  5. The Vev watermark will be automatically removed from the new project

  6. No need to re-publish the destination project

Troubleshooting

Watermark Still Appears After Adding Plan

If the Vev watermark remains after purchasing a Project Plan:

  1. Refresh your browser cache using the keyboard shortcut:

    • Windows/Linux: Ctrl + Shift + R

    • Mac: Command + Shift + R

  2. This ensures updated settings take effect properly

  3. If the issue persists, contact support
