Who can invite users?

  • Available on: Professional and Organization plans

  • Permissions required: Only Account Owners and Admins can invite users

How to invite a member

  1. Go to Account Settings

    • Click your account avatar in the sidebar on the dashboard.

    • Hover over your account name and select โš™๏ธ Settings.

  2. Open the Members section

    • In the left-side menu, click "Members".

  3. Send an invitation

Once sent, the user will receive an invitation via email.


Troubleshooting

Did they not receive the invitation?
Ask them to check their spam or promotions folder, as emails can sometimes be filtered there.
