Updated yesterday

Over the past year, Vev has significantly expanded its enterprise capabilities. As we continue to evolve in this direction, we’re introducing a new pricing framework designed to better support the organizations that rely on Vev to power large-scale, multi-team creative workflows.

These updates reflect the direction of our platform, the customer needs we serve the most, and the roadmap we’re investing in for the years ahead.

Beginning December 2025, Vev will transition to a new pricing structure based on team size and enterprise-grade workflows, while fully preserving access for existing customers on previous self-serve plans (i.e. Solo and Professional).

Summary of key changes

The new update introduces:

  • Four new plans: Basic, Growth, Scale, and Enterprise.

  • Existing self-serve plans (Solo, Professional) becoming legacy plans with no changes for current users.

  • Legacy plans will not reactivate once cancelled.

What’s Changing?

1. New team-based plans

Vev will now offer four new plan tiers based on the team size. For a full breakdown of features included in each plan, please visit our pricing page.

Basic: for teams just getting started

  • 2 users (Designer & Content Editor) + Admin

  • Up to 10 projects

  • 1 onboarding session

Growth: for teams ready to publish without limits

  • 4 users + Admin

  • Unlimited projects

  • 3 onboarding sessions

  • Dedicated Product Specialist

Scale: for brand-consistent creative ops

  • 8 users + Admin

  • Unlimited projects

  • 5 onboarding sessions

  • Custom brand libraries (small)

Enterprise: for global teams with advanced needs

  • 9+ users + Admin

  • Unlimited projects

  • 8 onboarding sessions

  • Custom brand libraries (large)

  • Tailored setup

2. Existing self-serve plans become legacy plans

If you're currently on Solo or Professional plans, your plan remains active with no changes.

What this means:

  • You get to keep your current features and limits.

  • Upgrades are only available through the new pricing tiers, and moving between Solo and Pro is no longer supported.

However:

  • If you cancel your legacy plan, it cannot be reactivated.

What happens to my current plan?

If you’re on Solo or Pro

Nothing changes. You stay on your legacy plan with the same features, limits, and pricing.

If you’re on our Organization plan

This update introduces new naming and limits, but the structure of your plan remains the same. Since you are already on a custom team plan, nothing changes for your setup.

If you cancel your legacy plan

It will not be possible to return to that legacy tier. Any future plan changes will use the new team-based structure.

If you need more users, onboarding, or enterprise features

You can request a quote at any time to move into Basic, Growth, Scale, or Enterprise.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to switch plans?

No. If your current plan meets your needs, you can continue using it as normal.

Will my billing change?

No. Your legacy plan will remain unchanged as long as it stays active.

What if I want to expand my team?

Legacy plans cannot exceed their existing limits. If you need more users or enterprise features, we will help you choose the right new plan.

Final note

Vev has grown alongside teams that use it for multi-brand management, collaborative workflows, and large-scale publishing. The new pricing reflects where our platform is headed and the needs we are focused on serving.

For our Solo and Professional users, we truly appreciate your continued trust in Vev, and your existing plan will continue exactly as it is. We’re grateful to have you with us as Vev evolves.
