This guide explains who can send invitations, how to send them, and how to troubleshoot common issues.
Supported Account Plans
The feature to invite members is available on the following Vev plans:
- Professional Plan 
- Organization Plan 
Required User Permissions
Only users with the following roles have permission to invite new members:
- Account Owners 
- Admins 
If you cannot see the option to invite members, check your account plan or contact your Account Owner or an Admin.
Step-by-Step Guide: How to Invite a Member
Follow these steps to send an invitation to a new member.
Step 1: Navigate to Account Settings
- From your dashboard, click your account avatar in the sidebar. 
- Hover over your account name. 
- Select the โ๏ธ Settings option from the menu that appears. 
Step 2: Open the Members Section
- In the left-side menu of the Account Settings page, click on the "Members" tab. This will display the current list of members on your account. 
Step 3: Send an Invitation
- Click the "Invite member" button. 
- In the dialog box that opens, enter the user's complete email address. 
- Select the appropriate access rights for the new member (e.g., Admin, Editor, Viewer). *Learn more about roles and permissions here. 
- Click the "Send invitation" button to dispatch the invite. 
Once sent, the user will receive an invitation link via email to join your account.
To invite a guest, follow the same steps described above. The only difference is that you go to the guests tab instead of members.
Troubleshooting
Did they not receive the invitation?
Ask them to check their spam or promotions folder, as emails can sometimes be filtered there.
