Every new platform comes with a learning curve, but we’ve tried to make yours as small as possible so you can skip to the creative part. While we have so much to tell you, nothing makes us happier than hearing from you!

Our team of Vev experts are available Monday to Friday (9:00 am to 9:00 pm CET) via the chat bubble at the bottom-right of your screen to assist you with any questions you have while exploring Vev.

Tickets portal

The Tickets Portal empower our Organization clients with a seamless and efficient ticket management experience. Gain real-time insights into your current and historical ticket data, eliminate duplication, and take actions – all in one centralized location.

How it works

The Tickets Portal is integrated into our support chat bubble, located in the lower right corner of your screen. Exclusively available to specified logged-in users on the Organization plan, it provides a comprehensive view of all tickets associated with the companies you're associated with.

  1. Viewing ticket details: Select a ticket to see details such as status, ticket ID, type, and description, allowing you to stay informed at a glance.

  2. Engaging in conversations: Click the "Send us a message" button to open and join linked conversations directly within the chat bubble. If you're not already part of the discussion, opt to "Join conversation" to get involved.

  3. Unified ticket space: Upon joining a conversation, the ticket becomes accessible in the "Tickets" space at the bottom of the chat bubble. This feature enables you to track all tickets you create or participate in.

How to access the Tickets Portal

You have three ways to access the Tickets Portal:

  1. Help center: Visit our Help Center here and navigate to the Tickets Portal card at the top for quick access.

  2. Tickets space banner: The "Tickets" space provides a banner link at the top, ensuring easy navigation back to the Tickets Portal main page.

  3. Direct URL access: For direct access, visit help.vev.design/en/tickets-portal.

If you have an ad blocker installed, you may not be able to see the in-app chat bubble. In that case, you can reach out to us at support@vev.design.
