Vev makes it easy to embed Google Forms into your web projects. Simply copy your Google Form's URL and paste it into Vev's Google Form widget.

Get your form's URL

From your form's overview page:

  • Click the Send button in the top-right corner

  • Select the Link tab

  • Click on Copy

Note: Shortened URLs won't work in Vev, so leave this option unchecked.

Add a Google Form element

  • From the top menu bar, click the Add Menu (Shortcut: M)

  • Search for and select Google Forms

  • Click and drag the element to your canvas

  • Double-click the element

  • Paste your form's URL

Currently, it's only possible to style your forms directly in Google Forms. Learn more in their knowledge base.

Troubleshooting

If your users are getting the "You have already submitted your response" message from Google, make sure your Form has turned the "Limit number of responses" to off in Google Forms Settings.
