Style tools like shared styles and the style indicator will help you to build responsive content faster and manage updates more easily.

Adding Styles

You can quickly manage styles like typography, background, margins, and padding using the Style Panel on the right side.

To Add a Style to Text or Elements:

  1. Select the text element.

  2. Go to the Style Panel on the right.

  3. Customize options like font, color, and line height.

Tip: Some elements have limited style options. For features like slideshows, double-click to open a separate menu for more customization.

Shared Styles

Shared Styles help you manage consistent styles across your site or project.

To add your shared styles using our best practices:

  1. Predefine typography styles for headings (H1 to H4) and other elements (lists, quotes).

  2. In the Style Panel, click the + icon to create a shared style.

  3. This style will be applied to any text element on your site.

If you need to update your Shared Style:

  1. Make changes to your element.

  2. You'll see a notification in the Style Panel to update the Shared Style.

  3. Once updated, the change will reflect across all text elements using that style.

Note: Vev's Style Indicator feature can also help you to see if your shared styles are correctly updated
