Organize your content by grouping them together within a frame.
You can group as many elements and widgets as you like to your frame, and you can ungroup your frames at any time.
Create a Frame
To create a Frame, select multiple elements and group them together from the Context-menu (Right-click on your current selection) or using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl/Cmd+G (group). Use context-menu or shortcut Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+G to ungroup.
Edit content within the frame
When your elements are grouped, you can edit the content within the frame by double-clicking in it. The frame will now be active for editing.
You won't be able to edit outside the frame when it`s in active mode . To stop editing your frame, double click outside the frame outline.
You can also edit properties such as background and border on the frame itself, by selecting the frame with single click. Here we added a border to the entire frame instead of adding borders to all the content within the frame.
Add links and add-ons to selected content within the frame, or put add-ons (links etc.) to the entire frame.
Add more content to your frame
Just as you can hold down the CTRL button and drag an element into another section, you can hold the CTRL button and drop a Widget into a Frame to add it to the group.
Frame in a frame
You can create frames within frames. At the bottom of your editor you can see the current path of the Frame your are editing.
In this video we use a frame to make it easier to adapt a selection of elements to tablet and mobile.
Step 1: Select content and create a frame using the context menu (right-click) or CTRL+G.
The contents origin is now within the frame.
Step 2: Double-click to edit the content within the frame. The frame is now "active" and you can edit the content within the frame.
Step 3: Stretch the image to fill the frame 100%.
Step 4: Adjust the contents origin to the given contents closest area.
This means that if the frame is resized, the content will stay close to their origin within the Frame.
You can now double click to outside the frame to exit frame edit mode.
Step 5: Resize frame as you like on tablet and mobile.
