Collaboration features are available only on Professional and Organization plans.
Adding a comment
Click the comment icon in the top toolbar (or press C).
Click the element on the canvas you want to comment on (e.g., a text box).
Tag teammates using @, then type their name or email.
Press Enter to post your comment. Mentioned users will receive an email notification and be subscribed to the comment thread.
Note: Comments stay attached to their elements—even if moved on the canvas.
Editing a comment
Click the three-dot (⋮) menu on the comment.
Select Edit comment.
Replying to a comment
Type your reply in the comment field and press Enter.
You can also add emojis to comments and replies.
Resolving a comment
Once addressed, click the ✔️ checkmark to resolve the comment.
Resolved comments are hidden from the panel but can be viewed by applying the Show Resolved filter.
Marking comments as unread
Need to revisit a comment later?
Click the three-dot (⋮) menu in the top-right corner.
Select Mark as unread.
This highlights the comment bubble in yellow so you can easily find it later.
Deleting a comment thread
Click the three-dot (⋮) menu on the thread.
Select Delete thread.
⚠️ This action is permanent—deleted threads cannot be restored.
Comment panel
The Comment panel is located on the right-hand side of the Design Editor. Here, you can view and manage all comments.
Use the filter icon to sort comments by:
Date
Unread
Resolved
Current page
Your threads (where you’re mentioned)
Notification center
Find notifications by clicking the bell icon in the top-left corner of the dashboard.
Here, you'll see alerts for:
Reactions
Mentions
Replies
Comments on your projects
A yellow bell icon 🔔 means you have unread notifications. Click "Mark all as read" to clear them.
