Once you start using Vev, chances are you’ll fall in love with it you won’t be able to stop creating projects! Well, that’s a bit of an exaggeration, but you get the point. The point is you’ll have many projects that you need a way to organize them. This is even more important if you work in Vev within a team.
Drafts are simply private projects that are not shared with other users or team members. Drafts are only visible to you.
Much like you organize files into folders on your desktop, you organize projects into workspaces in Vev.
Workspaces go beyond being mere containers for your projects. You can set the default configuration for a number of things, such as hosting settings, plugin settings, color palettes, etc.
While Vev is an elegant tool for individual creatives, its true power shines in collaborative environments. You can create teams, add users to them, and share workspaces withing them so all members can have access. You can even share elements, packages, templates, and hosting settings with teams.
Creating more than one team is available for Enterprise subscriptions only.
