Setting up and managing your subscription in Vev

With admin rights, you will be able to manage users, change plans, manage your billing, and delete your account.

To manage your account and subscription go to Account Settings:

  1. Go to the Dashboard

  2. On the left of the dashboard you see the sidebar, click the user avatar of yourself.

  3. This will open a context menu, click Subscription.

From here you can manage users, teams, hostings, integrations, and published projects.

Changing your account plan

To change to another plan

  • Click Subscription from the menu

  • Under Plan, click Change plan.

All the plans will show, and the plan you are currently on will have your user avatar on it, including a text saying "This is your current plan".

If you are on the Starter plan

  1. If you want to upgrade to Professional, click the Upgrade button on the Professional card. This will take you through a checkout process if your card is not already added. If it's added from before you will get a confirmation step before upgrading.

  2. If you want to upgrade to Organization, click the button on the Organization card saying Contact sales. From here you will get a calendar overview with the option to book a call with sales to upgrade.

If you are on the Professional plan

  1. If you want to upgrade to Organization, click the button on the Organization card saying Contact sales. From here you will get a calendar overview with the option to book a call with sales to upgrade.

  2. If you want to downgrade to Starter, click the Downgrade button on the Starter card. If you have more than 3 project plans you will be asked to remove your project plans so you have =>3 project plans before being able to downgrade.

If you are on the Organziation plan

  1. To make changes to your current plan please contact your Account Executive or click Contact Sales from either of the plans to book a call.

Note: If you downgrade from Professional to Starter, your team will be disbanded and the other users on your account will be reverted to the Starter plan.

Cancelling your subscription

  1. Navigate to Subscription under your Account Settings.

  2. At the bottom of the page, click Cancel subscription.

  3. Fill in the reason for canceling your subscription

  4. Finish by clickling Cancel subscription.
